Privacy & cookies
Last updated: 10 August 2026
This Privacy & Cookies notice applies to the PATHS website at our-paths.com. It explains, in plain language, how PATHS handles information when you use that site. It covers sign-up forms, email processing, and optional analytics. It does not replace formal legal advice.
Who is responsible for your data
PATHS is the programme and website that helps individuals and companies turn expertise into visible authority. For data protection purposes:
- Legal controller: PATHS COLLECTIVE SL
- Registered address: Carrer de la Diputació, 293, Eixample, 08009 Barcelona
- Privacy contact: support@our-paths.com
What we collect through forms
When you submit a form on this website, we collect only what you choose to send us. Depending on the form, that may include:
- Contact details — such as your name and email address.
- Professional links — such as LinkedIn or an optional personal website.
- PATH interest — which PATH or cohort you are interested in (for example Community, (Super) Senior IC, Leadership, or a future cohort).
- Scheduling preferences — preferred month to join, session preference, or timezone (on future-cohort and “help me choose” flows).
- Application answers — role, seniority, goals, and other fields you fill in on the apply flow when you choose to submit them.
- Consent records — such as your agreement to this privacy notice when a checkbox is required.
We use this information to process your sign-up or application, respond to you about PATHS cohorts, and understand which programme fit you are looking for. Form submissions are sent securely to PATHS backend services and are not used for unrelated purposes.
Some forms include a hidden field used only as a spam trap; it is not displayed to real visitors and should remain empty.
MailerLite (email and sign-up processing)
PATHS uses MailerLite to store subscriber profiles and send email related to sign-ups and cohort communication. When you submit an eligible form, relevant details are passed to MailerLite as contact fields (for example name, email, path interest, cohort, and signup type).
MailerLite processes data on PATHS’s behalf as a service provider. Their handling of personal data is described in the MailerLite privacy policy.
Separate from website analytics: agreeing to PATHS forms and email processing is not the same as accepting optional Google Analytics on this site. Analytics is explained below and is controlled by the cookie banner or Analytics settings link in the footer.
Optional Google Analytics
PATHS may use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-5PZH70CNK2) to understand how people use the website — for example which pages are visited and general traffic patterns — so we can improve content and experience.
- Analytics is optional. In the UK, EEA, and similar regions, analytics storage stays off until you accept.
- We use analytics to understand website usage and improve PATHS — not for ads, ad personalization, or selling data.
- We do not enable advertising cookies or additional marketing trackers through this implementation.
Google’s role and your choices are described in Google’s documentation, including the Google Privacy Policy and How Google Analytics collects and processes data.
Analytics consent
When you first visit, you may see a small banner asking you to accept or reject optional analytics.
- Accept analytics — we store your choice as
paths_analytics_consent = grantedin your browser’s local storage and tell Google Analytics that analytics storage is allowed. - Reject — we store
paths_analytics_consent = denied, keep analytics storage denied, and do not rely on analytics cookies for measurement in regions where consent is required.
You can change your mind at any time using Analytics settings in the website footer. That reopens the same choice. If you move from accepted to rejected, we update Google consent to denied, save your new choice, and remove Google Analytics cookies that we can clear on this domain (see below).
Cookies and local storage
- localStorage —
paths_analytics_consentremembers your analytics choice so the banner does not keep reappearing. - Google Analytics cookies (only after you accept, where applicable) — typically names starting with
_ga, such as_gaand_ga_<container>, used by Google to distinguish visits. We do not set other analytics or advertising cookies through our GA4 setup.
If you withdraw analytics consent, PATHS clears first-party cookies on this site whose names start with _ga. Some related storage controlled entirely by Google may still exist until it expires; rejecting consent stops new analytics storage from being used for future measurement on subsequent visits.
How long we keep information
Form and subscriber data is kept for as long as needed to manage your sign-up, cohort communication, and legitimate PATHS operations, or until you ask us to delete it where applicable law allows. Analytics data retained by Google is subject to Google’s settings and policies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact PATHS at the privacy contact email listed above.
Changes
We may update this page when our practices or tools change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.
